I believe I have made a mess of things!
Yesterday, 8th November, I purchase a Pro version of your software for a website we manage. I had trouble connecting the site to the pro version. 24 hrs later my colleague reminded me that we had purchased the Business version of your software earlier in the year and the site I was working on was already connected!
I also, stupidly disconnected the website I was working on from the Business license! It’s been a bad day!
So two questions:
1. Can we have a refund on the purchase made yesterday? Oder ref. RANKMATH221108-4020-10802 using the email address h****@p*********************
2. How do I reconnect this website to the business license we are already using?Many apologies for the hassle.
