Duplicate Meta Tag Descriptions per SemRush

    Greetings!

    I’m not certain whether this is due to the way that RankMath is managing the conversion between removing the parent category part of the URL or if it is something else, but I am suddenly experiencing an increase in errors on the site as determined using SemRush.

    For example, I suddenly have 24 pages with duplicate meta tag descriptions, title tags, and content. Here’s an example of one of the pages:

    The line at the top is the new URL, the line in the middle is the original URL, and the line at the bottom is something that happened somewhere along the way and I don’t know when or why.

    I did change the parent category to default in an attempt to shorten the URL and so I know that I created one of the two options and now I’m not certain whether to leave it, try to fix it, or hey I know, I’ll stop messing around and ask the good people at Rank Math before I screw things up further 😉
