It’s been 3 months I was facing, but now migrated and I might come back to Rank Math, if this issue is fixed and I recommended you to do the same. SEO is important.

Please share a URL of the page with this issue so we might check where the second meta description is coming from.
It is usually added by your theme or another plugin but we can’t tell you until we have more details.
You can check yourself as well, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Do keep only Rank Math, Rank Math PRO, and WooCommerce enabled and see if the issue persists.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Once you have just Rank Math and 2020 theme enabled, check the page source of the problematic post and see if the second meta description goes away.
