Note: i let in sensitive data my articles and i chcecked in inspect source page and i found that rank math toc is displying the schema, so i am only put it normal without the template of rank math, but in the script of the rank math generate automaticaly the schema so this the problem.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with duplicate FAQs on your site. It sounds like you’ve done a thorough job checking for conflicts and ensuring that only Rank Math is generating the FAQ Schema.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Check for Duplicate Entries: Ensure that you do not have the same FAQ questions and answers entered in multiple places within the same article or across different articles. Google may flag these as duplicates.

    2. Use the FAQ Block: Make sure you are using the FAQ by Rank Math block correctly. This block automatically generates the necessary Schema markup. If you are adding FAQs manually in addition to using the block, it could lead to duplication.

    3. Inspect Schema Output: Use the Google Rich Results Test to check how Google sees your Schema. This tool can help identify if there are indeed duplicate entries being generated.

    4. Disable Other Plugins Temporarily: Even though you mentioned not finding any other plugins generating FAQs, it might be worth temporarily disabling all other plugins except Rank Math to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, themes or other plugins can interfere without being obvious.

    5. Check Theme Settings: Some themes come with built-in FAQ features that might conflict with Rank Math. Check your theme settings to ensure there are no conflicting options enabled.

    6. Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear your cache after making changes to ensure that Google sees the most recent version of your pages.

If after trying these steps the issue still persists, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that we can investigate further. A human agent from our support team will be able to assist you more effectively.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!

    Dear Team,

I want a human support, the instructions that you give me by your bot is already tested, also why i am using now the faqs manualy because it’s not show me any error, so if i use the faqs blog or faqs schema that delivered by rank math then i face this issue, also in the screenshot i show you that rank math generate the faqs schema even that i am not use it and i use only now the faqs manualy so the problem is from your plugin.

    Kind regards,
