    Duplicate description problem.
    I checked my sites on Ahrefs Audit and there was a lot of problems with duplicate meta description.
    I am using Thesis theme and although I did’t add a new description to “Rank Math” field it took text from the beginning of the article.
    After I have disabled Rank Math plugin my Health score went from 8% to 77%.
    Why is Rank Math plugin doing this?

    Could you please share your URL so we can check into this from our end?

    You should also check your page source to confirm if your really have duplicate meta. If you do, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    The problem is with Rank math / theme because there are to meta descriptions.

    I checked your site and there is only one meta description:

    Where are you testing to get this issue?

    Please note that some analyzers show duplicate meta description if a meta description has been used in another page on the same site. You can try modifying your page meta description and see if the issue still persists
