You could try by reducing the excerpt text in the pages where you show the product descriptions but in general, you shouldn’t be worried about it.
SEO is something really complex and what is bad for some situations, in others could not damage the site.
In your site, the duplicated content is just for pages showing product descriptions and things like that and Google is smart enough to detect the reasons why you are showing it.
So you shouldn’t be worried about it but if you want to change it, reduce the excerpt size and you will have a lower duplicated content number.
