Duplicate Canonical URLs

    Hi, I installed Rank Math in late May, switching from Yoast SEO to Rank Math. After installation, in just a few days, I noticed a change in Google Search Console. The error “The tag ‘link rel=canonical’ appears more than once in the document.” began appearing for my AMP pages, and I now have nearly 200 pages affected by this error.

    Now, every single time a publish a post and crawl it on Google Search Console, this error appears.

    Do you know if this is at all related to the Rank Math plugin, the import from Yoast to Rank Math, or how I may resolve this issue? Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    If you are using AMP for WP, could you please choose RankMath’s integration from SEO settings like shown in this screenshot and it should fix the issue.

    Thank you; this fix is working great. I ran a validation on Google Search Console and the errors are going away. Really appreciate the help!
