Duplicate account - Support

Hi,

I believe I have a duplicate account. The version I am logged into is not correct. Email is (see sensitive data section) is the same. However, this account I am in doesn’t have the pro version I have purchased.

This is my problem below. I have on multiple occasions removed both the free and pro versions,and the re installed the plugins but the issue continues

Regarding the errors that you’re getting, Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
