I’ve checked the URLs you shared, and it seems that the duplicate title and description tags are being added by one of your plugins or active theme.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thanks for the wonderful plugin. I’ve follow the instructions and after disabling all the plugins and keeping only rank math active:
There are two titles being generated:
1) <meta property=”og:title” content=”Top 17 Cheapest Executive MBA In India | MBA Glue”>
2) <meta property=”og:title” content=”Top 17 Cheapest Executive MBA In India”>
Can you please help advise further.

The og:title and og:description are called OpenGraphs meta tags. They are used for your page’s title and description on Social Apps like Facebook.

For the meta title and description used to display on search engines, it is displayed like this in the page’s source code:
Title = <title>
Description = <meta name="description" content=
