If you see your homepage URL in the 404 Monitor, it means that some bots are trying to access the URL just like you have shared: https://yourdomain.com/yourdomain.com
This is because all of the 404 errors are relative to the homepage, so you can safely ignore those and go about your day.
If the error was on your homepage, you would see only a forward slash in the log /

Are you sure that i should ignore trouble? Number bicome high. now are +40. And if are search engines to have this trouble?

This will not affect your search engine rankings. It is possible that bots are trying to access the path my colleague mentioned, hence you see only the homepage URL in the 404.
To reduce or make sure no bots can access that path, you’ll have to apply security features to block malicious bots from accessing the said path.
