    good morning,
I have migrated the site from italian-villages.com to e-borghi.com
however I realized that I have two registered accounts with you and at the moment one is not going.
One is i***@3****************** and one with s****************@g********. Now the new domain e-borghi.com requires me to connect and I can’t work, what should I do now?

  • Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

The email address s****************@g******** is currently not registered in our system. If you have more than one account, we can merge them for you to avoid further confusion. Just share the other account’s email address here and let us know which email address you wish to keep and we’ll fix it for you.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Ciao,
Qursto account di s****************@g******** è da unire a quello di d********@3******************.
Quindi quello che deve rimanere è d********@3******************

? but is it possible to solve the problem?

    Hello,

We don’t have that Gmail address registered in our system but we do have the one from your custom domain with the name direzione. If you would like to merge that with this account, please tell us the preferred one to keep using.

    Thank you.

    hi Miguel,
    thank you for your reply.
I now see that my account salvatorepoerio is configured correctly and what needs to remain active.
I take advantage of this for a question, I have to redirect 7,000 urls since I have redone the whole site and I would like to understand if your plugin has this possibility since I have redirection installed and it conflicts with yours, would you let me know quickly if possible and in what way to use yours?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, Rank Math SEO offers a built-in redirection feature that can handle bulk URL redirects. To use it, go to Rank Math > Redirections in your WordPress dashboard. From there, you can import your redirects in bulk via a CSV file, which should help you manage the 7,000 URLs efficiently.

    Here’s a guide you can follow: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirects/#csv

    Hope that helps.
