    Hi

    After messing around with the program, I realize that pro would be more than fine for a company like ours. We arereally small. We are just doing SEO for the first time now. Can we downgrade and get a refund for the difference?


    So if I cancel, I can’t even get a refund and purchase a new subscription?

    Will it automatically revert back to basic on its own and then have to reinstall? Is my SEO going to get messed up?

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    You don’t have to re-install the PRO plugin on your website. Once you purchased the PRO subscription, you just need to reconnect your website to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
