    Yikes! I bought at AI tool, thinking it was the pro version. Can you refund me for the AI tool (I bought the pro version).

    We can only see the Rank Math PRO subscription and Content AI starter trial that comes with the PRO subscription on the account you opened this ticket with.

    Perhaps you purchased the Content AI subscription with a different email.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
