The news page is automatically generated by your news plugin to a WordPress page. The News link is similarly automatically linked to the permalink of the news page. You changed the permalink slug to /le-nostre-news/ which leaves the URL .../news/ leading to a non existent page and therefore the 404 error.
You can choose to either redirect the old slug to your new page slug or revert your news page slug to the previous set up.

Thank you for the follow up.
You can easily redirect this using Rank math redirection. Just head over to Rank math > Redirection and add new. Use your Old slug as the source: /news/ and destination being https://yourdomain/le-nostre-news/. That should do it.
