  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked your product with Facebook Sharing Debugger and the link preview is working fine:

I also tested by sharing on my FB profile and it worked fine there too. For the CURL Timeout error, this is related to your hosting. Please reach out to your host about this so that they can help further.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks for support.
Can I ask about others problems?
I set up permalinks like: https://beotam.com/shop/thanh-tay/palo-santo
    it means: website/shop/category/product

But in breadcrumb, it shows Home/Shop/Palo Santo, it means: website/shop/product

Do you know how to fix it?
I try to do it: https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/
Then, I add a code in my php, but it failed https://ibb.co/b2fwY3F

    Please help me,
    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

I’ve checked the breadcrumbs on your site, and it is being generated by WooCommerce, not Rank Math.

Could you please confirm if you’re using this code?
    <?php if (function_exists('rank_math_the_breadcrumbs')) rank_math_the_breadcrumbs(); ?>

If so, you would need to paste the code in your theme’s single.php and page.php files instead of the functions.php:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/#adding-breadcrumbs-to-theme-template-files

If you are unsure about this step, you can get in touch with your theme provider and ask them where the breadcrumbs code should be placed.

    I hope that helps.

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
