Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Sazzadul,
We have already replied to your other query about the same issue.
Please check the definition of Domain Authority here:
https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority
Domain Authority is calculated by evaluating multiple factors, including linking root domains and number of total links, into a single DA score. This score can then be used when comparing websites or tracking the "ranking strength" of a website over time. Domain Authority is not a metric used by Google in determining search rankings and has no effect on the SERPs.
As you can tell, the only thing that factors into a DA is the backlinks. Rank Math does not control or have any effect on external backlinks pointing to your website.
So, there is no way Rank Math would be responsible for a decrease in your domain authority.
The problem might start when I uninstall Redirection plugin and enable redirection option in RankMath. Before then it was ok, I think broken links could be the reason for this issue. Have you checked the settings further as Michael Davis asked me to provide a temporary login link?
Please, let me know the final feedback. I look forward to your reply.
Thanks!
Hello,
As the link mentions, DA only considers external links.
Have 404s or broken links on your website does not have any effect on your domain authority.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
