I checked the page and indeed the link is nofollow. However, you do not need to add the whole link in the Nofollow Exclude Domains option. You just need to enter the domain.
Please only exclude the domain in this format rankmath.com (without the host, variation, trailing slash, or slug) and see if that helps.
