    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    You have to disable that option if you do not wish to make your external links nofollow.

    If you wish to dofollow certain domains, you can add them here to the exclusion list:

    if I want to give some domain link always as dofollow, so I need to enter the domain URL https://example.com in the Nofollow exclude domain box?

    Yes, but without the protocol (the http and https), so you should add:

    example.com
example2.com
example3.com
