Assuming your are referring to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-booster/ , Rank math already has most features that are being offered by the SEO Booster and you may therefore not require this once you have installed Rank math on your site.
However if you feel, there are any features that seem to be missing in Rank math and wish to revert to SEO Booster, you can let us know so we can guide you on how to use these two without having conflicting features.
