Thank you for contacting Rank Math.

The author name is displayed from the publicly available property in WordPress.

You can change that by changing the Display name publicly as value at WordPress > Users > Profile.

However, if you wish to remove it, you can use this filter to remove the author details from the Schema:

add_filter( 'rank_math/json_ld', function( $data, $jsonld ) {
	unset( $data['ProfilePage'] );	
	return $data;
}, 99, 2);
