You can still use your current analytics property if you are comfortable using it although I would recommend changing it to GA4 as Google will soon shut down the old property. Kindly refer to their official announcement here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11583528?hl=en
You may use the old GA3/UA until July 2023 and if you are ready to convert to the GA4, you may do so and you can also delete the old one if you like.
