Do I need to resubmit site map after changing categories and tags as noindex

If you have submitted individual sitemaps(post, page) in the Search Console, then you should remove all the sitemaps and only submit sitemap_index.xml.

If you have only submitted the index sitemap(sitemap_index.xml), there is no need to resubmit the sitemap.

Also, ensure that the Ping Search Engines option is enabled at Rank Math > Sitemap. Enabling this option will help Rank Math to notify search engines that your sitemap has been updated.
