It is not recommended to use MonsterInsights along with the analytics module of Rank Math as they access similar resources and can result in conflicts.
If you wish to use the analytics module of Rank Math, you can disable MonsterInsights, and if in case you wish to use MonsterInsights, you can disable the Analytics module of Rank Math from Rank Math > Dashboard.

I removed Monsterinsight, managed to create a GA4 account, and streamed with Search Console. I now use the analytics from Search Console and Analytics.

For a newly created property, it would take a few hours for Google Analytics to populate the data. Please wait for a few hours and see if that helps.
