It is recommended to use only one breadcrumb to avoid any future conflicts. You can either continue using WooCommerce breadcrumbs or disable it and use Rank Math’s breadcrumbs: https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/
Rank Math’s breadcrumbs are fully compliant with Google’s guidelines. We also add relevant Schemas with the breadcrumbs.

Recommending to use one or the other and not being able to use both because of conflicts are 2 different answers. Please answer this question directly. Can we use both Rank Math and Woocommerce breadcrumbs with no confilcts? or do we have to use one or the other because of issue that will be created with Google. Thank you.

Google should not have any issues with multiple breadcrumbs on the page. Google usually picks the first breadcrumb it finds on the page. So, regarding your initial question, with respect to Google, there should be no issues.
However, when it comes to WordPress, in general, it is not recommended to use multiple plugins performing similar tasks. So, we do not recommend using both plugins together for generating the breadcrumbs.

All of our products went missing on Google Search console and we wanted to make sure it was not a plugin issue. We did a rich snippet test and they all seem to be find but all 3 indicators state that we have (0) products. Thank you for your follow up.
