Do I choose Restaurant schema for all restaurant site pages?

If the whole site is on a specific restaurant, then you can use the restaurant schema as your business type in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO

You can then use article or none as the schema for your pages. It is recommended to only add schema to individual pages if it corresponds to the content being added to the page/post. You can still use article schema as it is normally a general schema type
