2. The difference in the score might be due to how content is loaded in both environments.
Page builders such as Elementor render shortcodes whereas the WordPress editor does not. This causes a difference in the content that is evaluated and thus the difference in the SEO score.
The correct score is the one inside the page builder.
Please note that the guidelines and scores are just for your reference and you do not have to follow them religiously.

I’m using pretty links to shorten my affiliate links(those are no-follow links).In other posts rankmath considers that as internal link.
But in this post it shows it as external link.and showing that as do-follow links.

Every external links are no-follow.but in rank math it’s showing do-follow link.

Since the affiliate links on the posts contain your domain, they cannot be treated as external links for applying the No Follow attribute.
If any link on your website does not contain your domain, then they will be treated as external links and the No Follow attributes would be applied. Since that’s not the case here, you’ll have to manually apply the No Follow attributes to the links.
For the content analysis tests, you can add a prefix to the affiliate links using the Affiliate Links Prefix option under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Links. This would count the links with that prefix as external links.
