Divi / Rank Math Canonical on Index Page

    Dear Support,

I work with the divi theme + builder where, within the user interface, I’ve set to include canonicals on the index / start page and all other pages.
For some reason the canonical tag (self-referencing canonical) doesn’t show up on the start page / index page. For sub pages it seems to work fine though.

Once Rank Math is deactivated, all canonicals work fine, also the one on the index page.

Could you please have a look at it?

Thanks a lot & best regards,
    Timm

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It looks like your homepage has been set to noindex which in effect is causing the canonical tag to be hidden.
Please head over to the Rank Math metabox > Advanced tab and set the page to index to fix this.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
