    Hello,

    It seems a conflict with other theme/plugin.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    OK, I have completed the troubleshooting and here is what I found.

    The problem persists with;

    NO Plugins installed
    Elegant Themes Parent EXTRA Theme installed OR
    Elegant Themes Child EXTRA Theme installed

    Because the problem exists in the EXTRA Theme Builder page, which has no equivalent in other themes, I was unable to test that aspect against other themes. However, I was able to confirm that the problem exists in BOTH the Parent and Child versions of the Elegant Themes EXTRA theme.

    I would like to check the settings further but I can’t seem to access Rank Math’s settings page as you can see in my screenshot below:

    Please elevate the access to the admin level so we can access some of the settings pages of the plugin.
