I have a problem on my website: When the Rankmath plugin is active, the Divi Builder is not loading (it spins endless). As soon as i deactivate the Rankmath plugin, the Divi Builder is working again.
Can you help me with that?

Please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.
You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000Let us know how it goes.

PHP: Version 8.1
WordPress Version 6.0.2
PHP: memory_limit 512M
PHP: post_max_size 128M
PHP: max_execution_time 300
PHP: upload_max_filesize 128M
PHP: max_input_time 180
PHP: max_input_vars 5000
PHP: display_errors 0Any other ideas?

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

I tried to check for conflict using the Health Check plugin but it is not working on your website.
As the Health Check plugin is not working, we’ll have to manually disable the plugins to check the issue.
Alternatively, you can create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.

Thanks for your reply. You can do the troubleshooting on the live site. The site is brandnew and on the finishing touch of developing, so there is not much traffic.

Hello,
I went ahead and disabled each plugin except Rank Math until I found the culprit. The plugin “WeePie Cookie Allow” is actually causing the conflict here. I checked for error logs but I can’t find any errors from this plugin that concerns our plugin.
I however found warning issues from their plugin when I enable debugging mode on your website. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Can you please try checking this one with the support folks from “WeePie Cookie Allow”? See if they already encountered this issue before and they may also already have a fix for this.
