The display of the category in the Google Search results is due to Google detecting your breadcrumbs and using them to display the parent category instead of the URL. If you want to remove it, you will need to disable the breadcrumbs (at least the breadcrumbs schema) so Google is not able to identify it.

If you are using breadcrumbs from Rank math, please head over to Rank math > General settings > Breadcrumbs and disable the option.
If the breadcrumbs are from your theme or another plugin, you will have to get in touch with the their support to help you with this.
