  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing. To display your store location on your website, you can use Rank Math’s Local Business Block or the Local Business Shortcode.

    Using the Local Business Block

If you are using the Gutenberg Block editor, you can utilize the built-in Local Business Block. This allows you to easily display your business information, including the store location.

    Using the Local Business Shortcode

If you prefer to use a shortcode, you can implement it as follows:

    1. Edit the Page: Go to the page where you want to display the store location.
    2. Add Shortcode: Use the following format for the shortcode:
      [rank_math_local type='address/map/opening-hours/store-locator' locations='YOUR_LOCATION_ID']

Replace YOUR_LOCATION_ID with the actual ID of your location.

    3. Customize: If you only want to show specific details, modify the shortcode accordingly. For example, to show just the address:
      [rank_math_local type='address' locations='YOUR_LOCATION_ID']

For more detailed instructions, you can refer to our guide on using the Local Business Block or Local Business Shortcode.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will overtake it and provide more help.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you so much for getting in touch.

Please make sure to set up the Local SEO in our plugin as this provides a high chance for your location to appear on the SERP. You may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/local-seo/

The LocalBusiness schema and the location details visibly shown on your page are what matters for Google to display the desired location on the SERP.

If you’re working on multiple locations, you may also try our multiple location feature which is available for the PRO version of our plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/multiple-locations/

    Hope that helps.
