Why doesn’t the SEO score show up while editing the product
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
it doesn’t update the onpage elements that need to be edited?
Could you please explain this point? If you’re saying that the elements to be updated are not highlighted, then, unfortunately, that feature is not yet available.

You’ve marked this ticket resolved. Could you confirm if the issue is fixed?
If not, then please ensure that the Add SEO Meta Box option is enabled from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products. 
If the above option is enabled and the issue still persists, then please follow the troubleshooting guide that I shared in my previous reply and see if there is any plugin/theme causing the issue.
