    Btw I have tried the steps described in the below post but still it is mismatched, it is showing 502 available credits on WP, and that I have used 50/750 on my RM account (although I have no idea what those 50 credits went?).

    While the FREE users’ forum is open to the public, details in the sensitive data section can only be seen by Original poster(OP) and Rank Math staff. Those details are then deleted once the ticket has been marked as resolved.

    Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Now, getting back to the issues reported in the videos.

    Looking at the page you shared with the display issue, it seems that is currently fixed as we don’t see that anymore:

    If you notice on the previous image shared to illustrate that the displaying issues seem to be sorted the credit count is incorrect but that has also been fixed now by reconnecting the website to our system after an entire reset and the remaining credits align with the consumed credits shown on your account here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    The same credit count should now be reflected everywhere on the website.

    Thanks so much for getting back to me and for providing a useful, comprehensive response.

    I feel satisfied that #2 and #3 are now resolved, although I am still not quite sure what some of those credits have been spent on. I don’t think there is a way of seeing this anywhere, is there? If not, please can you pass this on to your devs as a suggestion for future improvement? Thanks.

    However, #1 persists from my side – I’ll send a screenshot shortly along with my operating system info. The credits are still overlaid and difficult to read, exactly as they were in the video I originally sent.

    We checked your site again from a different device and region and we still could not replicate the issue you mentioned:

    Reviewing the video you shared we suspect the browser’s viewport might be the culprit as the Meta Box and Content AI buttons’ text are wrapped:

    Kindly attempt to view the edit page in full screen. Click the green icon at the top-left corner of an app window to make the app full-screen on your Mac or press Control + Command + F or Fn + F.

    If that still doesn’t help, try a different browser and see if it makes a difference.

    You can see the content and what the Content AI credits have been spent on from Rank Math SEO > Content AI > History.

    Thanks for your reply.

    All the videos I have sent you have been set on full screen. I have made yet another Loom recording to back this up: https://www.loom.com/share/072582f96906409e97abb030c953d8a9

    Same password as before.

    The issue is also present in Safari (also shown in video), so that theory is not the solution here either.

    I have also tried clearing my cache and cookies etc.

    Keen for a resolution as this is taking a lot of time to be solved and it is frustrating to have to keep making screen recordings of the same thing.
