    Buonasera,
    Ho acquistato mesi fa il vostro prodotto, in abbonamenti dal questo mio account non c’è un acquisto per poterlo disdire, non ho mai aperto altri account e vi comunico disdetta.
    Ho cercato solo dopo mesi come segnalato tramite supporto che non riuscivo ad entrare nel mio account, non è che recuperando la password mi ha creato un altro account?
    Come posso avere la certezza che il prodotto acquistato da voi non sarà rinnovato?
