The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

Before one month I had almost 110 url found in sitemap but since month its been reduced to zero and also my traffic has been reduced drastically

Please remove the sitemap and submit ?sitemap=1 instead of sitemap_index.xml and see if that helps.
After submitting the sitemap, you need to wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
Regarding the drop in traffic, it is possible that the website is impacted by the Google algorithm update.
