I checked the URLs you shared, with this tool: https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/ and it seems to be set to index. Also, I checked your sitemap, and URLs seem to be included in the sitemap too.
Hence, we can rule out that this issue occurred due to Rank Math.
This is not an issue and there is nothing to worry about since Google has already discovered these URLs. All you need is to give it some time and they should be indexed eventually.
