You can disable the auto redirections from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections > Auto Post Redirect.
However, when changing the slug of the URLs, WordPress itself also creates redirections.
With that being said, I checked the URLs and was able to replicate the issue. This usually happens when there’s an existing post/page/CPT with the same slug.
You can search the new slug in all your post types and if found, you can change the slug slightly to fix the issue.
To confirm this initially, you can also try slightly modifying the slug of the “current page link” and see if the link starts working again.
