    Rank Math Plugin not obeying wp-config rule for “Edit .htaccess” in RM setings.
    Despite the following rule
    ( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true ); define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_MODS’, true )
    Rank Math still allows complete rewrite access to the file.
