It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
Can you please search and forward a receipt (if any) from FastSpring.com so we can locate the transaction? Please provide the email address you used to purchase as well.
You can add them in the designated sensitive data section
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

If you cannot find the transaction to FastSpring (our payment processor), then it is likely the payment never went through and failed after the authorization stage. If the transaction was authorized and never “captured”, then the transaction will get reversed in a few days by your card provider.
We have not received any orders from either of those names you mentioned in the sensitive data section.

I think this is very unreliable. Paypal also cannot find out anything. It seems like I’ve been conned … I think the money is “lost”. I also don’t dare to try again until I have lost even more money …

We regret the trouble that you’re facing.
As mentioned by my colleague, if the transaction was authorized and never “captured”, then the transaction will get reversed in a few days by your card provider.
You can also get in touch with your card provider to get more insights on the transaction.

Exactly. That’s how it should work and like I experienced before with other payments. I will contact the creditcard company since PayPal is full of crap.
