The Table of Contents from the Rank Math is a manual process. So, if you’ve already added the Rank Math TOC to your posts, you can simply remove it manually from any specific post.

I’ve never had to manually add the TOC, the configuration automatically adds it to posts and it is constructed based on formats (h2, h3, etc). I don’t manually insert it into a post.

Hello,
The settings shown from the first screenshot is meant for default settings for each ToC block you added to your post. It is not for automation as our ToC is not automatically added to your content.
The Table of Contents you see from your posts is from EZ Table of Contents plugin which is not controlled by Rank Math.
You should contact them instead to assist you with disabling their ToC section for certain posts.
