Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Rank math allows you to make changes and preview how the post will appear on social shares by adding an og:facebook metadata tag to your site. Social share icons on your post are usually generated by a social share plugin not Rank math.

You hit the nail on the head!!
I disabled the Jetpack plugin and the social share icons went away plus another error (Non-Rank Math) I was having was also fixed.
I’m reminded why I never used Jetpack in the past.
