The Rank Math plugin does not provide an option to disable this option, but you hide it using CSS, like this:

Just wanted to update you that I’ve discussed this further with the team, and we have decided to include a filter to disable the Lock Modified Date in the next update. The would work better than the current solution I shared – which is just hiding the Lock Modified Date option using CSS.
