Please make sure to remove the old filter code we shared previously since the “favorites” button is ideal for you.
If the issue persists, another plugin or your currently active theme might be causing an issue with Rank Math. To determine which plugin, please follow this handy troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
