Disable Category and all Posts in Category from Site Map

I would like to exclude one WooCommerce product category and as well as all of the products associated with that category within the sitemap. I can see where I can disable a product category and that worked. Only other way to exclude all of the products within that category is by putting in each post id of each product. The problem here is that we add new products to that category all the time so it would be cumbersome to continue to remember to add the post id of the product to the exclude list. Is there any way to exclude all products in that specific category from being indexed in the site map? Thank you!
