    Hello,

I have been attempting to link RankMath with WordPress and I’m getting this warning:

“The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (10/08/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.

Note: Please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.”

I’m working on my first website, and I’ve read through several tickets to identify the issue. This is all new language for me, but I’ll share a little bit of what I’ve tried:

*coding on website and Site is verified with Google. Website name shows up in “Search Console Profile.”

I had a schedule cron job on 8/8/2020 and it did not resolve the issue
Attempted clearing cache many times and updating manually
Inactivated RankMath with WP and reactivated
    Deleted RankMath and reinstalled
Scheduled cron job manually in cPanel
Attempted manual cron job through the use of wp Crontrol plugin
In this app, it identifies “!None” as completing the action beside all events that are scheduled for cron job (i.e. daily, monthly etc.) all of services in WP Crontrol have identified programs running jobs.

I’m at a loss at this point, I’m not sure if the cron job is supposed to be completed by BlueHost or WP or how I can get your beautiful looking program up and running.

Any help would be awesome when you are able!

    Thank you,

    aaron

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Sometimes the data fails to fetch if the site is not correctly connected/verified.

Please make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www). Then after authorization, ensure to select the correct site URL in the dropdown.

If it still doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account to verify your domain and connect your website usually works. Or, you can try using the Google Site Kit if it still won’t work and disable the Search Console inside Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

I hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for the time and this looks very promising! My website is verified google at ‘https://…com’ which is accurate, however, in the dropdown menu in rank math it lists it as simply ‘website.com’. Is there a way I can change this within rank math?

    Thank you,

    aaron

    Hi Aaron,

I am sorry but you have to change that in GSC itself and then re-authorize GSC:
    https://search.google.com/search-console/about

    Hope that helps.
