Different TITLE Displays than input

    I’m having a problem with a site title for this website:
    https://cardinalenvironmentalinc.com/
    The title I have entered in settings is:
    Cardinal Environmental Testing for Asbestos, Mold, & Lead Paint
    But When you look at the tab for the home page it starts with the word insurance
    Wordpress is applying this title instead of the above that I input on the Rankmath
    Global Meta Page
    <title>Insurance Murrieta | Temecula | Menifee CA | Insurance quotes online | Car Hnsurance | Home Insurance | Life Insurance</title>
    which is from another one of my client sites which is wrong
    How do I resolve this issue?
