Different offer price for registered user

Hello,
I wanted to update my free account to a paid account which you offer for $4,92 per month. After starting the purchase with my existing registration and entering my VAT-No. it said the price for one year ist $83,88 instead of $95,88. But $4,92 per month should be $59,04 excl. VAT per year.

This was confirmed by your chatbot that told me: “… the $4.92 per month is a promotional price or a discount applied for the first year, which would total $59.04 excluding VAT. However, the renewal price after the first year is $95.88, and any discounts or VAT adjustments may affect what you see during checkout.”

But in my understanding this is not a renewal purchase. I just would like to become a paying customer after being a satisfied user of the free version. But with the same discount as other first time paying customers.
