Difference between pinging and instant indexing

    Hey guys, new to rank math here and loving us so far. I know that the rank math suite pings Google and the search engines when new content is released. I was just wondering what’s the difference between that and this instant indexing? Is the instant indexing only available from the separate plug-in and is it not included in the suite? If that is the case, is it worth it just to get a separate plug-in just for instant indexing?
