Descriptions written does not show on page’s google search

we have created a website sellmyproperty.group. we have updated the descriptions of the pages using rankmath. but when we do a search on google, aside from the landing page, the other page’s description is not showing random text from the page itself rather than the descriptions that we put using rankmath

for example:

so basically what description we put on the page using rankmath, on google searches it’s not showing what we want it to show as per the description we placed on rankmath.
