I searched the page on Google and was able to replicate the issue. I checked the page’s source and the meta description is already set.
In this case, please follow this tutorial guide till the end:

Please clear your website’s cache and give Google some time to crawl the website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to not show the meta description, then there is nothing you can do, other than further optimizing the meta description and the contents, as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether.
